HERE FOR THE SUPPORTERS
How can we help?
A few answers to keep your matchday simple.
Where are my tickets?
In a live booking, your tickets would be sent to the email address you supplied. Check spam and junk folders too. In this prototype, no email is sent: open My tickets to view your demo booking.
Do I need an account to buy tickets?
No. Guest checkout is the primary option. Sign-in and account creation are optional, and simulated in this prototype.
Are there booking fees?
Each fixture has a configured per-ticket fee. It is shown on the match card, when selecting tickets, and in your order summary before payment. Fees in this prototype are examples, not official Meath GAA prices.
Can I add tickets to my wallet?
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet buttons currently show a demo preview. No wallet pass or valid admission ticket is created.
Who can use a senior or student ticket?
Read the eligibility description next to each ticket type. Senior/OAP tickets are demonstrated for ages 65 and over. Student tickets require a valid student ID. Live eligibility rules must be confirmed by the event organiser.
What does a weekend pass cover?
Coverage is described next to each pass. In the sample data, passes cover the named games and dates only. Check the venue and coverage before choosing a pass.
What if payment fails?
Select the successful payment option and retry. No funds are taken, including on the failure path. Your ticket selection and details stay in place.
Can I request a refund?
These are demo bookings and no money has changed hands. Refund policies, cancellation handling and contact details will be supplied by the organiser for the live service.
